Lots of clear, close-up photos are considered the majority of the description. Up for offers is a vintage Spalding 100. The bat measures approximately 34 3/4 inches and weighs 41 ounces on my postal scale. The bat has been used and shows the normal scuffs, marks, dings etc. That you would expect to see on a bat this old.
The handle is taped with vintage black electrical tape and may be cracked under the tape. I don't feel any cracks and the bat didn't sound cracked when I tapped it on the ground. There are a couple of chips on the knob. All shown in the clear, close-up photos. If you are looking for new or mint items, are nitpicky, or just plain hard to please, look somewhere else.
