This bat bench is old. I believe it was made with a nod to the 1959 Chicago White Sox after their pennant win in the American League.

All of the bats along the back are players that were on the 1959 season. My understanding is that a minor league player was a successful restaurant owner in Chicago and had this bench made for his restaurant. I live in Northeastern Indiana and would travel a 2 hr radius. Measurements are 52" wide, 39 1/2" tall and 34 deep. The players for the bats along the back are as follows.
It is the single year overlap of 1959 between Bubba Phillips and Ted Klusewski that makes me think this bat was made in remembrance of the 1959 Pennant win. Interestingly that bats on the arms are not White Sox players.

The bats that cross on either side are Jackie Robinson and Frank Howard. These bats are smaller and are Louisville Slugger II bats as opposed to the bats along with back which are Louisville Slugger bats. The seat are 1st, 2nd and 3rd base bags - they are structurally very sound but a little dirty on the bottom. The arms are Louisville Slugger DIAMOND POWER 125D-P.

The backside of the arms that go to the ground are Softball bats - "Highest Quality" Triple Play.
