Vtg 1988 Steve Garvey Louisville Slugger Autographed Commemorative Baseball Bat
I will be listing several baseball bats from a local estate. All are fresh to the market and have been safely stored away for 30+ years.
Up for sale is an original vintage. Signed/autographed Steve Garvey Louisville Slugger model C263 wood baseball bat dating from 1988.
This bat is a commemorative bat from "A Salute to the Garv" night held on April 11, 1988. The bat was limited to 1000 made and this is number 898.
The bat is in excellent condition. The autograph is in gold sharpie.
It is very crisp and an excellent example. No cracks, no chips, no repairs and displays well. Color is great and appears it was never displayed. 33 3/4 long and weighs 2 pounds 7 ounces unpacked.
Glare spots are from the lights reflection and not on the actual item. Rare bat and is a must for any collector. See my other listings for other vintage baseball items from the same estate collection.
