Rare Vintage Wooden Baseball Bat, WORLDS LARGEST STORE (WLS) 1908-1920

This is a Rare Vintage baseball bat that is over 80 years old. Length 36 and 38 ounces weight.

A Professional model made for Sears and Roebuck by the famous Louisville Slugger Bat Co. And the Hilleich and Bradsby Co. The etching in the lower barrel of bat reads. Also to the right are carved "JH" - for , I believe, stands for John Higgins.

The business manager for the Sears Co in Chicago who lent his name to be used on all sports marketing. Please see the articles in the photos. The J H is without the middle initial "C" for Chicago as indicated in the news letter. This could mean that this is a very early made Bat, AND initialed by Mr. This bat is in really good vintage condition for its age.
