The brand was founded in 1946 by McLaughlin and Millard in Dolgeville, New York, and rose to prominence when it was used to hit "The Shot Heard'Round the World" in 1951. This bat is a great nod to that time in history. Please see pictures for exact condition coloration type size etc. Some damage to tape on handle(see pics), and some surface scratches and obvious signs of use to the paint. Looks to have been painted reddish originally but most of the paint is worn(see pics).
