The certificate states that "on the barrel of the baseball bat are two mostly faded signatures that could be of Jackie Robinson and Roberto Clemente, however their authenticity could not be determined". The signatures of Roberto Clemente and Jackie Robinson are barely visible. I didn't even see the Roberto Clemente signature at all, but when it was sent in for authentication, James Spence had noted it, which was a pleasant surprise. All my items have been stored in a smoke and pet free home in a temperature controlled environment since coming into my possession.
