Late 20s or Early 30s. Louisville Slugger, Hillerich and Bradsby Imprint with 40 K on the Logo also. Another imprint reads: Kirk Grip Patented Sept. 15, 1914 Has corked handle with some of the cork missing.

The Barrel has imprint : (Frank Lefty O Doul). Has use with a few dings and a small piece missing where it says trade (mark).

Beautiful example of a vintage and scare, seldom seen, hard to find bat. ODoul had a great career in the Pacific Coast League before settling for good in the majors. He started out as a pitcher but found his spot as a left fielder. From 929 to 934 in the majors he batted.

He was times National League Batting Champion and was on the world champion 1933 NY Giants. He made the All Star team in 1933 also. He played for the Yankees, Red Sox, Giants, Phillies, Dodgers, and finished his career with the Giants for a 2nd time. Nice addition that could be considered scarce.
