Bat bat has some black smudges of some kind on it and those same black smudges on his knees - see photos (to us they look like they were possibly paint droppings from when they were originally manufactured and painted). Please see photos for your evaluation of condition and originality. According to another listing, an original unbroken bat measures about 4 1/16 long and shows pics of a handle. This bat measures 3.25 in length and does not have that handle (so, the handle may have been broken). That listing has a much higher price tag, ours is lower in price to reflect this issue.
