RARE 1910 - Draper & Maynard Canvas & Leather Baseball Bat Bag - VERY NICE. This bat bag is antique and extremely rare. In 20 years of collecting I've not seen another one. Canvas and leather sporting goods don't normally last 100 years. MUST HAVE FOR THE SPORTS COLLECTOR WHO WANTS THAT PIECE NO ONE ELSE HAS. Bag is overall in very good shape. No visible rips or tears in the canvas or leather. Leather appears to have been conditioned at some point and is still supple and not dried out. Stitching, rivets and buckle all in good shape. Leather strap does have some cracking. D&M logo patch still visible and vibrant, #5 stamped below the logo presumably was the players number. Plymouth State University is the historian and caretaker for all things D&M.
