Vintage 1922-1925 Hillerich and Bradsby Baseball bat MINT, Thick Handle Monster
Unusual bat, beautiful full size thick handle monster bat with sharp looking wood. The handle is 1 1/2 inches in diameter and the barrel is 2 1/2 inches in diameter, that's huge!!! The center brand is bold, deeply engraved and perfect. The bat weighs 36-37 ounces and is 35 1/2 inches long. There is slight wood chip on the end of the knob. Mint condition, does not look like it was used.
Ultra rare bat, a true museum worthy piece. Just got a collection of unique generic turn of the century Hillerich and Bradsby baseball bats and player endorsed store bats from an estate in the midwest. I will be auctioning a few this week and the rest in a couple of weeks.
