TAS, Ott Style' Steel Tempered Grip end was long ago Taped, but it appears it is NOT covering any cracks or damage. Bat is still very Solid & sturdy. Melvin Thomas Ott, nicknamed "Master Melvin", was an American professional baseball right fielder, who played in Major League Baseball for the New York Giants, from 1926 through 1947.
