Vintage 1930s Hanna Batrite Athens, GA Model SSB1 Rare 33 Softball/? The bat is 33 inches in length. It's in pretty good condition considering the time period it was manufactured in.
As shown in the pictures it does show indications of use. Along the barrel are very few scuffs and ball marks.
Majority of the bats wood has aged quite well, still has a distinctive wooden pattern running along each side of this bat. Definitely can tell that it's one of the earlier model Hanna Batrite softball bats which dates back to the 1930s. The bats knob was chipped and professionally repaired.
This bat is solid for the most part, just not quite sure if it's cracked underneath the tape (When I acquired this bat, the black tape was already wrapped around the handle). Overall this is a fairly rare Hanna Batrite softball baseball bat. Please refer to all photos, thank you.
