93 year old LOUISVILLE SLUGHER bat from 1932. Al H Simmons TRADE MARK. Simmons played 20 years in the Majors, primarily for the Philadelphia Athletics with Connie Mack as the manager. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1953. As shown in the pictures, the " BONE RUBBED" was used only in 1932 by H&B. The pictures show several things of note: Model, Name, Identifying Logos, plus specific items : Patina, 2 period repairs to the barrel using tiny nails, the knob having enough wear that any identifying marks are not clearly visible and the name Jackie L B? Indented on the back side of the barrel.
