VINTAGE 70s EASTON CURLEY BATES ALUMINUM BASEBALL BAT B5S-3230. Big Barrel 2 5/8 Baseball Bat. Length = 32 Weight = 30 oz. This vintage Easton B5S-3230 Curley-Bates baseball bat is in excellent condition! The barrel is perfectly round, with no dents, or flats at all. Some very light surface abrasions, and some very small color touch ups. The grip is still in great shape. Curley-Bates was the marketing company Easton partnered with to start the aluminum bat revolution. A Google search will yield an interesting history about the Curly-Bates era regarding the Easton Company. These classic bats are pretty scarce now days. This one is one of the scarcest.
